Shipping policy
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders. The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout. All orders are processed from our office/warehouse in Mumbai, India
Local delivery
Local deliveries and pickups are available for customers in Mumbai. In case you require a same-day, hyperlocal delivery, please chat with us. Local deliveries are chargeable based on actual costs incurred.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, UAE, France and the Netherlands. In case you require international shipping to any other country please contact us for pricing.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Creatures of Habit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at helpdesk@creaturesofhabit.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges for 14-days from the date of delivery for all non-sale domestic orders if the item is unused, unwashed and in new condition. You can submit a new return/exchange request via this link.
Returns and exchanges are also available for international orders, however all related shipping charges must be borne by the customer in such cases.
